Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing the MajestyManager Discord bot to join your server, logging into our dashboard with Discord OAuth2, or configuring server modules, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue using the dashboard.

You also agree to abide by the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's terms while utilizing our bot may result in immediate suspension of service.

2. Description of Service

MajestyManager is an all-in-one Discord management platform providing:

• Support Tickets: Interactive ticket panels, multi-department categories, staff claim workflows, modal questionnaires, and self-contained HTML transcript generation.
• Automated Moderation: Anti-spam filters, invite blockers, phishing link detection, mention burst shields, and staff disciplinary commands.
• Community Engagement: Invite tracking with anti-alt intelligence, reaction role menus, provably fair giveaways with role multipliers, and threaded suggestions.
• Custom Commands & Addons: Keyword server triggers and Minecraft server query status checks.
• Web Dashboard: Online management portal hosted at majestymanager.me.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MajestyManager for any unlawful or abusive activities. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the bot or dashboard to distribute malware, phishing links, scam content, or illegal media.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, overload, or bypass rate limits on our API or bot gateway.
• Abuse ticket panels or giveaway modules to spam Discord channels or harass other users.
• Impersonate MajestyNodes staff, administrators, or official support representatives.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the web dashboard without explicit authorization.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access or blacklist servers that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

As a server owner or administrator who invites MajestyManager:

• You are responsible for granting the bot appropriate Discord permissions required for its operation (e.g. Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Embed Links).
• You are responsible for configuring access controls and deciding which staff members have dashboard access to your server.
• You acknowledge that ticket transcripts created in your server reflect conversations between your members and staff.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

MajestyManager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% operational uptime backed by enterprise MajestyNodes infrastructure:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to Discord API outages or maintenance windows.
• We are not liable for any lost data, missed messages, or server disputes resulting from third-party Discord network downtime.
• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update features, or modify service tiers with reasonable notice.

6. MajestyNodes Pro & Paid Subscriptions

Certain features (such as custom white-label bot tokens, custom avatars, branding removal, and unlimited ticket panels) are part of MajestyNodes Pro:

• Pro subscriptions may be purchased or granted as complimentary perks to active MajestyNodes hosting clients.
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
• Abuse of custom bot tokens (e.g. hosting unauthorized bots) will result in immediate revocation of Pro privileges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MajestyNodes and its developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination & Data Deletion

You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by removing MajestyManager from your Discord server. Upon bot removal, your server's active configurations will be deactivated. You may request permanent deletion of stored server data at any time by contacting us as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
