MajestyManager Documentation

MajestyManager is the all-in-one Discord bot engine crafted specifically for game networks, Minecraft servers, hosting companies, and gaming communities. It unifies advanced ticketing, autonomous AutoMod, invite tracking, reaction roles, suggestions, announcements, and live server ping monitoring.

Add Bot to Discord

Invite the bot to your Discord server with Administrator or Manage Server permissions.

Run /quicksetup

Type /quicksetup in Discord for 1-click automated category, panel, and channel setup.

Open Web Dashboard

Executing /quicksetup performs the following automated actions instantly:

Creates a Support category with staff view permissions
Generates a default General Support ticket category
Creates a dedicated #tickets channel and publishes an interactive ticket dropdown panel
Creates a #bot-updates channel and configures automated changelog notifications

Support Ticket Engine

Comprehensive department ticketing with modal forms, claim locks, chat commands, and HTML transcript exports.

Intake Panels & Questionnaires

Create multiple department panels (e.g. Billing, Technical, Bug Reports) with custom button colors or dropdown menus. Attach modal questionnaires to gather In-Game Name, Server IP, or Transaction IDs before the ticket opens.

Chat Commands & Fast Intake

Users can open tickets instantly by typing -new [reason], ticket [reason], or slash command /new anywhere in the server.

Staff In-Ticket Controls

/ticket claim

Locks ticket to the responding staff member and stops duplicate pings.

/ticket lock

Mutes user in the channel during investigations or maintenance.

/ticket close

Closes ticket, delivers offline HTML transcript to user and log channel.

AutoMod & Moderation Shields

Autonomous threat detection to stop spam, unauthorized discord invites, and mass mentions.

🛡️ Anti-Spam Burst Protection

Detects rapid message floods. Offending messages are purged and the user is placed on automatic timeout.

🚫 Anti-Discord Invite Filter

Blocks discord.gg links instantly with whitelist options for partner channels and staff roles.

🔠 Excessive Caps & Mentions

Warns and cleans messages containing >70% uppercase characters or excessive @mentions.

⚖️ Escalating Infraction Strikes

Warnings escalate automatically (e.g. 3 warns = 1h timeout, 5 warns = permanent ban).

Invite Tracking & Anti-Alt Defense

Track member growth with exact invite attribution, fake account filtering, and leaderboards.

MajestyManager watches Discord invite cache in real-time. When a new member joins, the bot attributes them to the inviter and logs real joins, leaves, and bonus invites.

Giveaways & Role Multipliers

Host automated giveaways with interactive button entries, instant rerolls, and role weightings.

Reward loyal members by assigning Role Multipliers: Server Boosters can receive 2x entries, and VIPs can receive 3x or custom weightings. Reroll unresponsive winners instantly with /giveaway reroll <id>.

Self-Assign Reaction Roles

Create clean button menus or dropdown selection panels for notification, region, or gender roles.

Standard Mode

Members can toggle multiple roles on and off freely.

Unique Mode

Members can only pick 1 role from the panel (e.g. Regions).

Limit Mode

Define maximum allowed roles from a specific category.

Suggestions & Voting System

Gather feedback with automatic vote counters, thread discussions, and staff review queues.

Members run /suggest <idea> or type -suggest <idea>. MajestyManager formats the suggestion into a styled card, attaches 👍 and 👎 voting buttons, and creates an automatic discussion thread.

Greetings, Goodbyes & Auto-Role

Welcome new joiners with custom join cards, invite attribution, and auto-roles.

Greet new members in a designated welcome channel, send custom Direct Message (DM) introductions, and automatically grant a starter role (e.g. Member) upon join.

Minecraft Server Status Query

Query live player count, server version, ping latency, and MOTD for Minecraft Java and Bedrock servers.

Check any game server directly inside Discord without leaving chat:

/server play.skullnetwork.net or -server play.skullnetwork.net

Outputs live player count (e.g. 142 / 500), ping latency (28ms), online status, server software, and clean formatted MOTD.

Custom Commands Engine

Automate common community questions with custom trigger commands (e.g. !ip, !store, !rules).
